To reserve your next spa treatment at your preferred time we request you to call the Softouch Spa directly in advance or come to see us for a consultation. All walk-in guests of the hotelare welcome and the reservations are subject to availability.
It is advised to take a massage on empty stomach or at least keep an interval of at least 1 hour between the intake of food and the treatment. It is recommended to drink a lot of warm water during the treatment day as this helps to flush out potential toxins from the body. Please also make sure to remove any contact lens before treatment to prevent any injury to the eyes. It is advised to rest for one hour after the massage and to restrain from cold temperatures, swimming, direct exposure to sunlight, drinking of cold water and food for an hour after oil therapies.
If you have any health concerns, always consult our doctor before going for a massage. Kindly inform us in case of pregnancy, allergies, heart problems, medications or had any recent surgeries that may affect the treatment process.
Please do not bring any valuables or jewellery to the spa. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items.

For those who take treatment programs it is advised to avoid sleeping during day time, heavy & oily meals, yoghurt, direct exposure to cold temperatures and too much exercise. Try to keep a relaxed and serene mind during the period of the treatment program.
Allocate a minimum of 30 minutes prior to your treatment to allow yourself ample time to change and get ready. Arriving late is a breach of etiquette and will shorten your massage.
A 4 hour cancellation notice period is required to avoid being charged 50% of a scheduled appointment.
